The AWESOME "Get to" Comic Con India list

This list is just an excerpt from the million things you can do at CCI. This is the AWESOME things you GET TO DO at Comic Con India list :

-> You GET TO roam around in CCI. (Hello, if that's not awesome, then what is ?) :D

-> You GET TO meet like-minded people. Not one, not two. Not a hundred. THOUSANDS. People who, just like all of us, live in Gotham City or Metropolis or in the long-lost Hindu Mythology.

-> You GET TO answer questions which you love answering. Who is Lex Luthor ? Who is the artist for "I AM KALKI" ? Which is better : The Rabhas Incident or Shaurya ? .... Stuff like that.

-> You GET TO hang out, talk, make mischief, mess around, argue, celebrate with AWESOME people like Karan Vir, Mayank Dhingra, Suhas Sundar, Kshiraj Telang (CEO - Vimanika Comics, Co-Founder - Dial A Book, Writer - Level 10 Comics, Animator and Cartoonist RESPECTIVELY) and guys from Graphic Novels Campfire.

-> You GET TO dress up in costumes and live the life of the Superhero or the character you only dream about.

-> You GET TO sit through AWESOME workshops and lectures from the who's who of our Indian Comic industry, learning a lot more about the tricks of the trade.

-> You GET TO meet all the classic creators and interact with people who touch your lives in one or the other way, everyday, be it your own comic book or your Facebook display picture.

-> You GET TO take autographs from all the AWESOME creators, writers, illustrators, artists (Kshiraj Telang, Kirpa Shankar Bharadwaj [Creator of Motu-Patlu], Karan Vir, Rafiq Raja).

-> You GET TO shout out stuff like "My mind works faster than a computer" and "WHY SO SERIOUS?" without being looked at weirdly. With any luck, people around you will also start chanting stuff.

-> You GET TO win awesome prizes for simple answers to simple questions, answers which you take pride in knowing.

-> You GET TO compete with people over a single copy of a comic book you SO want to have. Of course, the bigger the body, the higher the advantage. (Worked well in my case :D)

-> You GET TO realise that the Comic world is ever growing and there is enough place for all of us.

Comic Con India. The AWESOMEness has only begun. 3:D

  1. Hey! Thanks for a nice coverage on Comic Con India and my mention. Can you please correct the mention of Karan Vir, Mayank Dhingra, Suhas Sundar and me? I am of course not the CEO of Vimanika Comics :P Would be great if everyone has their respective brackets.

    Apart from that, great blogpost!

  2. Sir ! I mentioned them in the same order in which I wrote the names. I will add "RESPECTIVELY", if that's fine. :)
